How to Define Conditions

To define a condition:

1.	Choose Define, Conditions.

The Restricting Conditions window appears.

2.	Type a WHERE clause in the window. Do not type the word WHERE itself. If necessary, you can click the Edit button to open the Popup Text Editor.

3.	Save your changes.

NOTE:

Click the Check button, and the Restricting Conditions window appears.
