How to Generate a Job Definition File

To generate a job definition file:

1.	In USoft Definer, choose Tools, Create Flat Files from the menu bar.

The Create Flat Files window is displayed.

2.	Check the Crate batch file checkbox, and enter a name (and optionally a path) of the file to be created.

By default, the generated file will be created in the working directory. You can also click the Browse button to select a directory, or a file to be overwritten. Remember that the file must have the same name as the application against which it is to be run (except for the .job extension), and must be in uppercase characters.

Click OK.
