If a non-existent message name or category is
specified, the following string is returned:
Message with name <msg_name> in category
<msg_category> not found
If the statement is executed
through the Remote Rules Service API, this message will also be
logged in the Remote Rules Service API log file.
If the number of specified
parameters differs from the number of parameters in the message,
the specified parameters are ignored. If the call is executed
through the Remote Rules Service API, the following message will be
logged in the Remote Rules Service API log file:
Invalid parameter or value list for message
<msg_name> in category <msg_category>.
