Lookup Windows

Some fields have lookup buttons next to them, which enable you to look up values that you may enter.

To look up which values are allowed:

1.	Position the cursor in the field for which you want to look up the allowed values.

2.	Click the lookup button next to the field, or press F12.

A window appears in which the allowed values are displayed. The following is an example.

3.	Select the desired value, then click OK. You can also click Apply to select the value but leave the lookup window open. Clicking Cancel always closes a lookup window without performing any action.
