In most cases, you will use the toolbar
buttons to manipulate your records, as described in the sections
below. In the same way, you can perform most of your database
queries using these buttons. Depending on your requirements, you
can decide to work in spreadsheet look, where you can see more than
one record at a time. Once you have finished a session, you must
save your work before you quit the Definer.
