The property is consulted
when the SQL-statement of the window is to be synchronized, i.e.
contains a :"Parent*<column>" part. This property can have
one of three values:

If this property is set to 'Yes', USoft Developer handles the
synchronization. |

If this property is set to 'No', the synchronization must be
performed by the programmer. |

If this property is set to 'When Visible', an info box will
only be synchronized when positioned on an active tab page. |
