This is
where you specify what should happen if the window to be opened is
not allowed by the authorizer to display data. By default a message
will be displayed (which you can change in the system messages if
required). Alternatively, you can specify that the window should be
shown anyway, or that it should be closed. Note that if a window
has subtypes, or is a parent in a relationship, it will always be
opened.
