These constraints are listed in violation lists at record validation time. They are not actually evaluated until commit, that is, just before the actions are performed that have been specified for the Pre-commit behavior property.

If one of these constraints is violated, no request to commit the current transaction is sent to the database and no Pre-commit actions are performed.
