To start and stop the license server as an NT service:

·	The license server as an NT service can be started by typing the command line:

installs -n "USoft License Manager" -c <path to license directory>\license.dat -l <desired logfile> -e <path to license directory>\lmgrd.exe

This service can be activated like any other service and can be restarted when the server is rebooted.

·	The license server as an NT service can be stopped with the NT Services program, accessed from the Control Panel.

·	The license server as an NT service can be removed by typing the command line:

installs -r -n "USoft License Manager" -c <path to license directory>\license.dat -l <desired logfile> -e <path to license
