Before you can install USoft Developer onto a Windows XP or Windows 2003 system, you must be logged on either as a member of the Windows Local Administrator's group, or as the Local Administrator.

Once the installation is complete, from the administrative tools menu, choose registry editor, (or run REGEDIT.EXE) and then choose HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. Now find USoft in the Software folder. Click on USoft8, choose Security, and then change the value "EVERYONE" to "FULL CONTROL". Also make sure that the Replace Permissions on Existing Subkeys checkbox is checked. All users will now be able to run USoft Developer.

NOTE:

You can find more information about Windows common and personal groups, adding users, setting permissions, etc. in the Online Help for the Windows Program Manager, Registry Editor, and File Manager.
