Defining Workload

First of all workload has to be determined, by stating what has to be done in the project. This is then translated into the system:

·	On a high level: what business area or repository version is to be made within the project.

·	On a business object level: the business objects "create_by" user is assigned to the project.

·	On a detail level the same can be done per business rule.

Explicit tasks can be entered as notes, which are given the status "open assignment".
