How to Store a Design Document in the Database

USoft TeamWork enables you to store design documents in the database, together with the other "definitions" for your USoft Developer projects.

To store a design document in the database:

·	From the menu bar, choose TeamWork, Preparation, Design Documents.

The Design Document window appears.

·	Type an ID, and a short description.

·	Indicate which business area, business object, or rule set the document covers.

·	Indicate to which repository version the design document pertains.

·	Click the Document field, and then use the right mouse menu to insert the document.

For particularly large documents, you may prefer to store them on disk somewhere. In that case, use the Storage option on the right mouse menu.
