Adding a New User for Developing in a Separate User Environment

To add a new user for developing in the Definer:

1.	Create a new user: ONTW in the database.

2.	Define ONTW as the Application User in the Authorizer.

3.	Add ONTW to the user group USD_ORA in the USD application.

4.	Update Application Rights for the USD application.

5.	The command line options need amending.

The Username and Password for Repository need changing to ONTW. The Owner remains USREP and the details for Application stay the same.
