This is the language of the messages and online help
topics that are to be used for this project. For example, to
display Japanese messages and help topics in the Japanese version
of the USoft Developer Series, type JPN in this field. In the
production environment, message files can be activated for the
application. See your USoft Definer Guide or USoft Definer help for
more information on localizing your application.
