If this Rules Service is intended for use in a secure
connection, check the Use TLS check box. Otherwise, leave it
unchecked. TLS stands for Transport Layer Security, and it makes
use of the Secure Sockets Layer.
Note: You must install
an appropriate digital certificate before you can use TLS/SSL. See
your USoft Authorizer help for more details.
