USoft (re-)deploys the default menu automatically when you (re-)publish any of the pages within the USoft web application.

To revert to the default menu after having deployed a customized menu, re-inherit the default values of the Menu File and Menu Name properties of the menu object in the default application page (these values are "DefaultMenu.xml" and "PageListMenu" respectively).
