Once you have selected an
object in the object tree, and opened the Property Inspector, there
are various ways to set or change properties for that object.
To set a property of an
object:

Click the General, Behavior, Layout or Visual tab page
depending upon the type of property you want to set. |

Click the property you want to set. |
Depending upon the type of
object:

Choose a value from the dropdown list. |

|
Type a value (e.g. 1 for Position). |

|
Click the Edit/Compose button (...) on the Property Inspector,
and choose a value from the dialog that appears. |
