You can use the Set All, Set All Inactive, en Set Active From Here buttons in the icon ribbon or in the Run menu. To use the Set Active From Here button, first click on the first action name in the list that you want to run, and then click on the Set Active From Here button.
5.To run the actions with Active = Yes one-by-one, click the Run Next button at the bottom of the window.
To run all actions with Active = Yes in one go, click the Run All Next button.
It is best to run actions one-by-one. That way, you can react to any unforeseen events before you continue with the next action. Once you know actions will execute successfully, if you have many, you can use the Run All Next button to reduce work.
