To change the prompts of spreadsheet columns:
| 1. | Use the Windows Designer catalog to select and open the appropriate window/dialog. |
| 2. | In the design view, select the appropriate Grid Box object. |
| 3. | Open the Property Inspector, and then click the General tab page. |
| 4. | Use the Object tree to select the appropriate Grid Column object. |
| 5. | Click the Prompt property, and then type the text for the new prompt. |
| 6. | Repeat the previous two steps for each of the Grid Column objects whose prompts you want to change. |
