By default, information messages and violation messages are displayed in a popup dialog. An alternative way to display messages is in a message area.
To include a message area:
| 1. | From the catalog, open the appropriate page. |
| 2. | For the page (top) object, change the Message Presentation property to Message Area. |
| 3. | In the object tree, select the group object in which you want to display the message area, or define a new group object. |
| 4. | Choose Insert, MessageAreaControl from the menu, or drag it from the Controls tab of the catalog. |
| 5. | You may want to change or improve the layout. |
