How to Insert a Bar Chart, Pie Chart, or Line Chart

To insert a bar, pie, or line chart:

1.	Use the Windows Designer catalog to open the appropriate window/dialog.

2.	In the design view, select the object into which you want to insert the bar, pie, or line chart.

3.	From the menu bar, choose Insert, Chart, and then choose Bar, Pie, Line or Combo Box, or drag one of your own from the Controls tab page of the Windows Designer catalog.

4.	In the Design view, select the chart object you inserted, and then open the Property Inspector.

5.	Use the SQL property to specify which data the chart is to display.

6.	If desired:

•Set the Text Font, Label Rotation, and Chart Size (% Of Field) properties.

•Set the Data Label Type property for pie charts.

•Set the Bar Orientation, Floor On Minimum, Unit Lines Primary Axis, and Unit Lines Secondary Axis properties for bar or line charts.
