Once you have changed the properties of some class that you opened from the Windows Designer catalog, you may want to see what it would look like or how it behaves in "real life".
To run a window or dialog: (not related windows)
1. | Make sure that the window or dialog to be tested is in the active design view. |
2. | From the menu bar, choose Design, Run. |
| The design view will close, and the window or dialog is displayed as it would in the actual application. |
3. | Perform whatever tests are necessary (e.g. fill out some data, or click on some buttons). |
4. | Close the window or dialog. |
| The window or dialog appears in the design view again. |
5. | If you are satisfied, close the design view. Otherwise change some more properties, and then repeat the previous steps. |
