To start and stop the license server as an NT service:

•The license server as an NT service can be started by typing the command line:

installs -n "USoft License Manager" -c <path to license directory>\license.dat -l <desired logfile> -e <path to license directory>\lmgrd.exe

This service can be activated like any other service and can be restarted when the server is rebooted.

•The license server as an NT service can be stopped with the NT Services program, accessed from the Control Panel.

•The license server as an NT service can be removed by typing the command line:

installs -r -n "USoft License Manager" -c <path to license directory>\license.dat -l <desired logfile> -e <path to license
