Note Step Checks

Note Step checks provide cues for human testers. To draw their attention to a particular item, you can include questions in your procedures. The Player uses these to display a message with Yes, No, and Cancel buttons.

For example, the message might be: "Does the Amount Due field have a green border?" If the tester clicks No, this fact will be reported in the log file.

There are two ways to create Note Step checks:

•You can include them while recording the procedure

•You can edit the procedure manually after recording it.
