Model-driven, Rapid Application Development

Previous Next

In practice, working with Web Designer is a dynamic process in which the team performs closely connected Define, Configure and Finish tasks repeatedly.

The result of each iteration of work is published in a Development or Acceptance environment and viewed and evaluated with the client or prospective end users. Then the team resumes work with another round of Define, Configure and Finish tasks, until the end of a time-boxed period or until the result is satisfactory:

This process is model-driven because it takes models defined in USoft Definer as a starting point.

It is a Rapid Application Development process because continuous publishing and viewing ensures that prototypes can be evaluated and improved quickly.
