To drop tables and sequences that exist in the database but that are no (longer) defined in the Definer repository:
1. | In the Definer, open the USoft BenchMark toolbox. |
2. | Click the Data button in the USoft BenchMark toolbox. |
| The Operations on Application Database dialog appears. |
3. | In the Application Tables section, click Drop Undefined. |
| A message appears asking whether you want to drop undefined tables. |
4. | Click Yes to continue, or click No to skip to sequences. |
| If you click Yes, you will be prompted for each and every undefined table. Click Yes or No at each of these prompts, depending on whether you want to drop the particular table. |
| The resulting database actions are reported in the Report On Database Actions window, which appears as soon as you indicate that you want to drop a certain table. |
| If you use Oracle, the next message will ask whether you want to drop sequences that are not used in the repository. Click Yes to continue, click No to skip this option. If you click Yes, you will be prompted for each and every unused sequence. Click Yes or No at each of these prompts, depending on whether you want to drop the particular sequence. |
| In case the Report On Database Actions window was not open yet, it appears as soon as you have indicated that you want to drop a certain sequence. |
5. | When a message appears informing you that the database actions have been performed, click OK. |
| You can now close the Report On Database Actions window. |
