Action Tasks

You can use action tasks to:

·	Print exported data.

For example, the Travel Agency might want to print a list of all the personnel who are coaches, with details of each of their apprentices.

·	Start external applications to further process exported data.

For example, suppose the Travel Agency wants to issue a mailing to all its customers. This could involve the exporting of the data, followed by the automatic startup of a word processor to organize the data into separate letters to each customer.
