The Windows Designer is a
separate tool that is started from the USoft Binder. You can either
run the Windows Designer on your application's repository in the
database, or on flat files. In the latter case (which is much
faster), you must make sure that you have the most RECENT version
of these files.
To start the Windows
Designer:

If you have not already done so, use the USoft Binder to add
the Windows Designer to your project file. |
| 2.

Check that the Item Properties for the Windows Designer are
correctly set. |

Double-click the Windows Designer item. |
