Define Phase

The objective of the define phase is to develop the system in an iterative manner. The repository based system is shown to managers and users. Their feedback is discussed, and incorporated into the system. By iterating this process, the system is brought to full functionality. The main activities are:

·	Rule definition

·	Interface definition

Key deliverables of the define phase are:

·	Default system based on the data model

·	Core system with implemented business rules (the constraints)

·	Full functional system with external model implemented
