Plan Phase

The objective of the Plan phase is to identify how the new information system(s) can enable and support the business process. The main activities in the plan phase are:

·	Rapid analysis

·	Project definition

Key deliverables are:

·	First version of prototype (optional)

·	Business process description

·	Business mission statement

·	First data model (as basis for prototype)

·	Project plan
