Clear and import from TDF

For "Application", in "Database account", runs the USoft Benchmark Clear Tables routine, then performs the USoft Benchmark Import routine using "Source file" as the TDF import file.

CAUTION: The USoft Benchmark Clear Tables and Import routines, when called in the context of the user application, operate not only on the application data but also on the authorisation data. This is in spite of the fact that Delivery Manager, in general, distinguishes between the user application and the USoft Authorizer application ('USAUTH').
