Compare appdata files

Writes a comparison of "Left file" and "Right file" to "Output file".

Logs on to "Application" in "Database account" for metadata information (primary key handles).

The intended use is that "Left file" and "Right file" contain application data of the same or similar tables sets, possibly in different versions. First produce these files by calling the "Export all appdata" or "Export deliverable appdata" action.
