The Toolbar

The Toolbar appears just below the menu bar, and contains the following icon buttons:

Not every icon button is available at all times: it depends on what you are doing. An icon button may not be currently visible, or if it is, it may be grayed out. You can drag the Toolbar to another place in the window, if you wish. Each icon button is a shortcut for performing a particular action, which can also be carried out from the keyboard, as shown below.

Undoes any actions since the last Save.

Creates a new empty record.

Copies the values of the previous record into the current record.

Deletes the current record.

Moves to the previous page or record.

CURSOR UP

Moves to the next record.

Puts the window into Query Mode.
