This section is especially important for those who have experience with developing USoft client/server applications. This section provides some guidelines to ensure that you can migrate an existing client/server USoft application to the web.

The assumption is that you have already developed a client/server, windows-based application. You now want to move this application to the Web, using Web Designer. In doing so there are two things to consider:

· The Internet/Intranet is a different environment with its own architectural principles, target groups, and purposes.

 

· Web Designer and Windows Designer are mainly based on different concepts.
