Once you have entered the data
definitions into the repository, either manually or by using the
Data Model Loader to load the contents of your upper-case tool, you
may generate a default USoft application. This application will
have:
·
|
One default window for each database entity. |
·
|
A default menu (the so-called Objects List) allowing access to
each of these windows individually. |
·
|
A navigation path, which can be used to access the windows
along the relationships defined in the repository, by lookup
windows for parent entities and by related windows for child
entities. |
·
|
Formatting and data validation (referential integrity,
cardinality etc.) based upon domain, table, column, relationship,
and constraint definitions. |
