Property Names vs Internal Names |
In some cases you need to know the technical (resource) names rather than the names that properties have in the Property Inspector, e.g. when using the control-set-values() method, when using the ESI action interface or when interpreting the ESI reports. You can also use these internal names on the command line (together with the -xrm flag) when starting USoft Developer. These technical names are listed below. NOTE: Properties marked with *) are actually properties of the Query object, not of the Info Window object for which they are shown in the Property Inspector. This is important only if you use the ESI actions. NOTE: In the ESI action interface, you can only refer to properties by means of their internal name, preceded by "XtN". So for example, instead of using the Windows Designer's Allow Horizontal Resize property, you must use "XtNallowHoriz" Property and Internal Names (in alphabetical order of Property Name) NOTE: Following this table is a second table in which the items are sorted in aphabetical order of Internal names.
