In the USoft Approach, the objective of the PLAN phase is to identify how the new information system(s) can enable and support the business process. The main activities in the PLAN phase are: •Rapid analysis of business needs •Project definition •Business validation
Key deliverables include: •Validated business mission statements •Validated description of business needs •Project plan In the Plan phase, the principal working environment is USoft Teamwork unless you have decided to use your own planning and specification tools - the use of USoft Teamwork is completely optional.
